Magnesium is the single most important mineral
for maintaining proper electrical balance and facilitating smooth
metabolism in the cells of the human body. Magnesium is a particularly
crucial element for mediating the vital functions of the nervous
and endocrine systems, and it is an indispensable factor in the
natural self-cleansing and detoxification responses of the body.
Without sufficient magnesium, the body accumulates toxins and acid
residues, degenerates rapidly, and ages prematurely. It is estimated
that 70% of the people in the world today are deficient in this
vital health and longevity factor.
Magnesium, which occurs in many forms, is most
readily assimilated and utilized for metabolic purposes in the
cells of the human body in the form of magnesium chloride, the
natural form found in sea water. This is the form of magnesium
contained in “Magnum” Bath Salt crystals and “Magne-Oil” fluid
concentrate. For purposes of cellular detoxification and tissue
purification, the most effective form of magnesium is magnesium
oxide, which has a strong excretory effect on toxins and stagnant
energies stuck in the tissues of the body, drawing them out through
the pores of the skin. Magnesium oxide is the form of magnesium
used to produce the powerful cellular cleanser known as “Ocean
Frost”.
Mica is a type of laminar crystal that occurs
naturally in flat, thin sheet-stone found in rocky mountain regions.
Mica’s crystalline structure has a unique capacity to collect
and transmit particular vibrational frequencies from the ambient
free energies of the universe. These frequencies are the specific
vibrational energies required for healing the human body. This
healing energy, which is metaphysically associated with the spiritual
quality of unconditional love, is channeled and amplified by the
crystal structure of mica, which transforms it into a powerful
healing pulse that transmits into the surrounding environment.
When placed in contact with water or human tissues (which are 75%
water), the energy pulse from mica crystal restructures water into
micro-clusters and transforms it into “microwater”, a
very “thin” water which easily permeates cellular membranes.
This type of water is the basic element in what traditional Chinese
medicine refers to as the “vital fluids” (jing yi) of
the human body. This is the basic material essence of blood, lymph,
enzymes, and other vital bodily fluids. In Chinese medicine, mica
is known as yun mu, literally “Cloud Mother,” and it
has been used in China for thousands of years for its tissue detoxification
, blood purification, and skin healing properties. Mica crystal
powder transforms ordinary water into a biodynamic “battery
fluid” that energizes, purifies, and replenishes the blood,
cellular fluids, and other essential water-based elements in the
body. Ordinary water thus becomes the proverbial “fountain
of youth,” carrying the specific energy frequency and micro-molecular
structure required to recharge, rebalance, and rejuvenate the cellular
matrix of the whole human body.
“Mountain Crystal” is mica that has
been ground to a fine powder, and it may be used to energize and
restructure bath water or formed into a paste to moisturize, rejuvenate,
and protect skin.
“Prill Beads” are a kiln-hardened form
of magnesium oxide that alkalizes and transforms ordinary water
into restructured “microwater” for internal (drinking)
or external (bathing) purposes. This dynamic water is similar in
nature to dew.
When taken internally as drinking water, it swiftly
assimilates into the blood and tissues, quickly hydrating all the
cells and tissues in the body. Prill Beads may also be used to restructure
and alkalize water for therapeutic bathing and laundry washing.
The Magnesium and Crystal Bath
This is a powerful hydrotherapy that draws toxins
from the tissues, replenishes the “vital fluid” of the
cells with energized microwater, and restores cellular magnesium
to optimum levels. It may be applied as a full-body immersion bath
or as a simple footbath, with equally effective results.
While drawing the hot water for a full-body or
foot bath, place a sachet of Prill Beads into the tub or basin. The
small sachets used for preparing drinking water may be used for
this purpose, but for best results, use a larger pouch. The Prill Beads transform the water
into alkaline microwater, so that it may be swiftly assimilated
into the tissues and cells of the body through the skin. To the
bath water add 1/4 cup of Bath Salts, 1 tablespoon of Magne-Oil,
and 1 teaspoon each of Ocean Frost and Mountain Crystal. The magnesium
oxide in Ocean Frost provides the water with powerful tissue detoxification
properties, while Bath Salt and Magne-Oil infuse the water with
potent levels of magnesium chloride, which is carried directly
into the cells by the microwater. The powdered laminar Mountain
Crystal resonates with the healing energy frequencies of the universe
and draws them into the water, thereby charging the bath water
with powerful therapeutic energy and transforming the bath into
a pulsating “bio-battery” that recharges and rebalances
all of the vital fluids and tissues in the body. A few drops of
your favorite essential oil may also be added to the bath water
for aromatherapy.
Because the bath water has been transformed into
energized micro-clustered water, it absorbs quickly and abundantly
through the skin into the body and disperses swiftly into the tissues,
permeating and hydrating all of the cells in the body. The cells
easily assimilate this magnesium-charged microwater because it
has the same micro-clustered structure as the body’s essential
vital fluids. When this pure, energized microwater is absorbed
into the cells, they spit out their stale, polluted water, including
all accumulated cellular toxins, and the body excretes this dirty
water back into the bath as perspiration through the pores of the
skin. Several gallons of water is exchanged this way between the
body and the bath during the course of a soak in a Magnesium and
Crystal Bath. You can actually smell the sour odor rising from
the water by the end of the bath.
In addition, evidence suggests that this particular
combination of magnesium salts and laminar crystal infused into
a bath of energized microwater stimulates the production and secretion
DHEA in the human endocrine system. DHEA is one of the master hormones
required for human health and longevity. Restoration of DHEA production,
which normally diminishes swiftly in adulthood, is a key strategy
in protecting health and prolonging life.
Method: Soak the whole body or just the feet
in this bath water for 20-30 minutes, at a temperature of about
108 degrees F, then rinse well with clean, warm running water and
dry off with a cotton towel. Immediately drink 2 glasses of “Prill
Bead” microwater.
The most effective protocol for this therapy
is to begin with a daily body or foot bath every day for the first
7 days, then continue with a maintainence program of 2-3 times
a week for 6-8 weeks.
"Magne-Oil"
This is the quickest and most convenient way
to transmit magnesium chloride into the cells and tissues through
the skin. 2-3 sprays under each armpit function as a highly effective
deodorant, while at the same time transporting magnesium swiftly
through the thin skin into the glands, lymph channels, and bloodstream,
for distribution throughout the body. Spray it onto the back of
the hand or the top of the feet any time of day or night for continuous
magnesium absorption. Regardless of where you apply the spray on
the body, once it penetrates the surface of the skin, the body
transports it to whichever tissues need magnesium most.
3-5 sprays of Magne-Oil in a glass of Prill Bead
microwater is an excellent way to take magnesium internally. It
assists digestion, counteracts excess acidity in the stomach, and
delivers magesium swiftly into the bloodstream for distribution
to all the cells of the body.
"Ocean Frost"
In addition to using Ocean Frost as a detoxifying
agent in the Magnesium and Crystal Bath, it may also be used intensively
to draw toxins and stagnant energies out from specific parts of
the body. Mix a heaping teaspoon of Ocean Frost magnesium oxide
with enough Prill Bead water to form a paste, then rub it onto the
part of the body that requires detoxification. Leave it there to
dry for 20-30 minutes, then wash off the residue with warm water.
Applied to the face and neck, it draws out cellular toxins and
eliminates dead cells, thereby rejuvenating facial complexion.
For respiratory infections, rub the paste all over the chest, throat,
and upper back, let it dry, then repeat the treatment a second
time. To cleanse the liver, apply generously to the area around
the lower ribs on the right side, let it dry, and repeat again.
For best results, follow the Ocean Frost paste
therapy with an application of Mountain Crystal paste prepared
with Prill Bead water. Let the crystal paste dry on the skin, but
do not wash it off. Leave the fine powder residue on the skin to
protect and moisturize.
"Mountain Crystal"
In addition to using Mountain Crystal to energize
and restructure bath water, this powdered mica crystal may also
be applied directly to the face and other parts of the body to
moisturize, energize, and protect the skin and the tissues beneath
the skin. Mix a heaping teaspoon of Mountain Crystal powder with
enough Prill Bead water to form a paste, and rub it evenly over the
entire face and neck, or any other part of the body that requires
treatment. Allow the paste to dry, leaving a fine powder on the
surface of the skin. This powder may either be gently dusted off
with a soft towel or brush, or left on the skin for a continuous
moisturizing, energizing, and protective effect.
"Prill Beads" and "Cosmic Stones"
To make micro-structured, alkaline drinking water
for internal use, place a small sachet of Prill Beads and 3 Cosmic Stones into a clean
glass vessel that holds at least 4 liters of water. Add 4 liters
of purified, filtered drinking water and let it stand for 24 hours.
3 liters of this water may then be drawn off into pitchers or bottles
for use as drinking and cooking water. Immediately replenish the
remaining one liter of water in the vessel with 3 more liters of
fresh water, after which 3 liters of drinking may be drawn off
every hour, or as often as required. The beads and stones do not dissolve,
nor do they ever lose their potency, and therefor they may be used
continuously to produce alkaline microwater for internal use.
A sachet of Prill Beads may also be used to prepare
water for the Magnesium and Crystal Bath, simply by placing the
sachet in the tub or basin while the water is being drawn.
